Sebastian’s Bistro is a dining option at Walt Disney World and is located at Caribbean Beach Resort in the Epcot area. One great perk of Sebastian’s Bistro and other dining options located at a Disney resort is that you do not need a park ticket or Park Pass Reservation to get into the restaurant! If you have a vehicle with you, you can drive to Caribbean Beach, or if you are coming from Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or another resort along the way, you can take the Skyliner. There is a short walk from when you exit the Skyliner until you actually get to Caribbean Beach and Sebastian’s Bistro, so make sure your party is able to walk the distance and build in the time prior to your reservation. Bus service is offered from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Reservations are required and it is part of Disney’s Dining Plan (when available). The cost for dinner is $29/adult and $17/child. While the menu is family style, it is not meant to be an all you can eat. Some Disney dining options that are family style allow for replenishment of food for the table; Sebastian’s Bistro does not offer this.

Sebastian’s Bistro serves up family style dishes with a Caribbean twist. All meals are served with Pull-Apart rolls with guava butter and caramelized onion jam. Their menu has a taste of the Caribbean menu and a plant based option. Menu options include a mix of Citrus Chicken, Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, Grilled Chili-Rubbed Beef with Mojito Relish, Cilantro Rice, and Vegetable Curry. You can also enjoy the Spice Necklace Salad which is mixed greens with candied pumpkin seeds, tropical fruit, radish, and a key lime dressing. For dessert, you can order a Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding. The plant based option includes the Spice Necklace Salad and the Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding but for your main course you have a selection of an impossible kabob, fried jerk tofu, impossible sausage, cilantro rice and red beans, and vegetable curry. One potential negative to this restaurant is that it does not have a separate kids menu. Kids are served the same meal as adults.

For guests 21 and above, there is a large selection of specialty drinks, sangria, specialty Caribbean rums, beer, cider, and hard seltzers.

Since the theme of the restaurant is Caribbean, you can imagine that the decor has a Caribbean flair. It is a small restaurant compared to others at Disney World, and the star – Sebastian from The Little Mermaid – can be seen subtly throughout the dining room.

Sebastian’s Bistro may be a great option if you are looking for a refreshing Caribbean style menu that isn’t right in the middle of crowds!
