A glance at the menu reveals a delicious array of traditional platters and chef’s specialties like Fajita Skillets and Baja Fish Tacos. Follow your entrée with desserts such as the Fried Baby Churros, Impossible Cake, or Sorbet.
Maya Grill offers some unique Chefs Specialties, like Adobo Half Chicken, Sous Vide Short Rib, Chicken Enchiladas, and the Queso Fundido Burger. Maya Grill also offers wines and handcrafted cocktails.
Maya Grill is located at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. If you are traveling from a Disney park or returning to a park after dining at Maya Grill Dining, you can use Disney bus transportation. If you are traveling between your resort and Coronado Springs, you can use Disney transportation to go to a theme park, then transfer to the Coronado Springs bus. For those time conscious guests, utilizing a taxi or rideshare will cut down on travel time.
The restaurant participates in the Disney Dining Plan when it’s available and requires 1 table-service credit. (As a reminder, Disney currently is not offering Dining Plans). If you are paying out of pocket, you can expect to spend $15-$39 per person.
