Cape May Café, located in Disney’s Beach Club Resort, is a great place for a beachy buffet! Guests staying at other resorts might consider dining here on a day that you’re visiting Epcot or Hollywood Studios as the resort is easy to access from those parks. If you are heading to Beach Club from your resort, you will need to either drive or visit a theme park or Disney Springs to grab Disney transportation over to the Beach Club.

Reservations are recommended at this restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner. Cape May Café hosts Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast from 7:30am to 11:30am and you’ll typically see Minnie, Mickey, Donald, and Daisy stopping by tables in their beach attire. The buffet offers many options and includes: baked goods, pastries, Mickey waffles, fruit, eggs, sliced meats, hot beverages, juice, and more. As of this writing, breakfast runs $45 for adults and $29 for children plus any specialty beverages and gratuities. If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan (not currently available), this will require one table service credit per person.

While you won’t find any characters at dinner, you will find an assortment of seafood options including snow crab legs, soups, salads, carving stations, vegetables, pastas, desserts, and more. Dinner is served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and as of this writing costs $46 for adults and $27 for children plus any specialty drinks and gratuities. If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan (not currently available), you will use one table service credit per person.

Cape May Café is a nice location to keep in mind if you’re not able to get reservations at Chef Mickey’s and would still like an opportunity to eat a meal with Mickey and friends. Plus, you get the opportunity to see Mickey and friends in a fun, different outfit than you would anywhere else. The food is your standard buffet fair – nothing to shout about – but if your goal is to dine with Mickey and friends, this is a great choice for an EPCOT or Hollywood Studios day. You can walk right to the International Gateway from the Beach Club and if you’d like to head to Hollywood Studios, you can hop on the Skyliner or the ferry boat.
